Prenatal Program

This program is split into 9 different 4 training phases. Each phase is intentionally designed for that specific stage of your pregnancy. Begin the program on a week that corresponds to the week of pregnancy you are in. In your 1st and 2nd trimester (phase 1-6) you have 3 strength workouts + 1 optional conditioning workout each week. In your 3rd trimester (phase 7-9) you have 2 strength workouts + 1 optional conditioning workout. During this last trimester I encourage you to take more time for leisure walking and rest. The days you decide to workout are up to you, here is a sample schedule for how I intend the program to look like: Strength 1, optional conditioning, strength 2, rest, strength 3.
