This 12 week cycle focuses specifically on growing your glutes! So, if bigger glutes is your goal, this is THE program for you! In addition, the full 12 week program has also been built out in a full body style to not only grow your glutes, but also tone and sculpt everything else along the way! The "secret weapon" inside this program that makes it work SO well is the priority of single leg movements. I believe these movements truly help us focus (mind muscle connection) more on our glutes than traditional 2 leg movements. I believe this to be true because every time I launch a cycle in this format, the before and after photos are always incredible!
